Reasons for the anti sticking of flexographic water-based ink

Poor drying:
The temperature of the oven does not match the machine speed: If the oven temperature is too low or the machine speed is too fast, it may cause the ink to not dry sufficiently on the printed material, resulting in anti sticking. It is necessary to adjust the oven temperature and machine speed to ensure that the ink is fully dried during the printing process.

Insufficient drying time:
The set drying time is not long enough, which can also lead to incomplete drying of the ink. The drying time should be reasonably set according to the characteristics of the ink and the absorption of the printing material.

Improper tension adjustment:
Too tight or too loose winding tension may affect the adhesion and drying effect of ink. Tight tension may cause excessive pressure on the ink on the printed material, leading to adhesion between the dried ink layers; However, excessive tension may affect the uniform adhesion and drying effect of ink. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the appropriate winding tension according to different printing materials and keep relevant data records. 2、 Layout Design and Post Printing Processing

Layout design issues:
Unreasonable layout designs such as overly dense ink lines and multiple layers of overprinting can cause ink to adhere to each other during the drying process. When designing a layout, attention should be paid to the layout of ink lines and the printing method to avoid overly complex or dense pattern designs.

After printing place:
If the printed product is stacked improperly or left for too long, it may also experience anti sticking due to incomplete ink drying. Especially for products with multi-layer printing, attention should be paid to the management of stacking methods and placement time.

Temperature and humidity control:
The temperature and humidity in the printing workshop have a significant impact on the drying speed of ink. If the temperature or humidity in the workshop is too high, it may slow down the ink drying speed and increase the risk of anti sticking. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the control of workshop temperature and humidity to ensure that it is within an appropriate range.
